Our initial meeting is simply to cover what coaching is and is not. How we work together with you (and your team) to help align and get your business moving in the right direction together. We discuss the expectations we have of you and your team, as well as what you can expect from us throughout the process. Additionally, we will discuss, in macro, the goals you are looking to achieve during our time together.
